These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Postmint Social Studio platform ("Service", "Postmint", "we", "us", or "our"). By connecting your social accounts or using our automated publishing features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Service Description

Postmint provides social media management software that enables content creators, marketers, and businesses to connect their own social platform accounts (YouTube Channels, Facebook Pages, and Instagram Professional accounts) via official OAuth 2.0 authorization, and to publish or schedule video and multimedia content across connected channels.

2. User Accounts and Authority

When connecting any social media account, you represent and warrant that:

You possess the legal authority and administrative permissions for the YouTube channel, Facebook Page, or Instagram account you connect.
You will not use the Service to publish unauthorized, copyrighted, fraudulent, defamatory, or unlawful material.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure.

3. Explicit User-Authorized Publishing

Strict User-Initiated Policy: Postmint acts solely upon your explicit instruction. We do not generate, modify, publish, or delete posts autonomously without your direct command or scheduled queue instruction.

You retain full copyright and ownership of all media, video assets, titles, descriptions, and thumbnails submitted through Postmint.

4. Compliance with Platform Policies

By connecting third-party platforms to Postmint, you explicitly agree to comply with all applicable terms:

YouTube: Bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram): Bound by the Meta Terms of Service, Meta Platform Policies, and Instagram Community Guidelines.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

Use the Service for mass spamming, botting, or deceptive manipulation of social media algorithms.
Bypass platform rate limits, quotas, or security mechanisms.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application infrastructure.

6. Account Disconnection and Termination

You may disconnect any connected social account or terminate your use of the Service at any time via the Connected Accounts screen. Disconnecting an account immediately purges all stored OAuth tokens from our database.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Postmint is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any interruptions, API changes, quota suspensions, or restrictions imposed by third-party social platforms.
